Lifestyle Apartments at Shreveport is seeking a Property Manager to support daily operations of a 3-building complex. This person will be a vital part of the team looking to stabilize this distressed property and bring it back to its full potential. This position will support leasing, collections, maintenance, and reporting efforts. They will report to the Regional Manager, and in turn the Director of Investments.  
Essential Job Duties
Manage collections for a subsection of the complex.  Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies Communicate with residents regarding property maintenance and repair  Distribute and negotiate lease renewals  Enforce occupancy policies and procedures. Prepare reports for ownership by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing property data  Qualifications
3+ Years property management of multi-family properties required, ideally some with distressed assets High level of organization and attention to detail Experience with 811 Housing Vouchers Motivation for sales Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Proficient with Yardi Voyager and Rentcafe Compensation 
$30,000-$60,000+ depending on skill level & property management experience
