We are looking to hire an Experienced Community Manager for a brand new community in Kernersville, NC, The Vieux at Welden Park. Anticipated start date will be May 1, 2024.

Our superstar Manager will have experience with lease up/new construction. Will work closely with the Vice President, Regional Manager, contractors and more. You are expected to be dedicated, punctual, knowledgeable in multi-family rental, friendly and professional. Responsibilities: Market your brand new community. Build relationships! Work on marketing to execute and create marketing and social media plans. Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork. Plan, schedule and host resident events. Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations. Standing, lifting, bending. Maintain the resident database, accounts receivable and accounts payable. A professional, happy, trusting and respectful attitude is a must. Benefits eligibility after 90-days includes Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off.
