Position: Property Manager
Are you ready to take charge of managing and maintaining multiple properties within our portfolio? We're seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and construction-related activities. This remote role is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain properties to the highest standards for our tenants, customers, and investors.
- Resolve maintenance issues promptly and cost-effectively while maintaining open communication with tenants.
- Foster long-term tenant relationships and establish partnerships with local service providers.
- Oversee service agreements, contractor selection, and work oversight.
- Conduct regular property inspections and enforce lease agreements.
- Educate tenants on lease details and Bridge33's role as Property Manager.
- Manage move-in and move-out processes efficiently.
- Review and manage property expenses and budgets.
- Focus on value creation through strategic planning and implementation.
- Provide regular property updates to management.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in commercial retail property management.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and construction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in property management or related fields.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Yardi.
- Willingness to travel and be on-call for emergencies.

The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $110,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
