Natural Retreats is hiring a full-time Property Manager to join our Park City, UT team! The Property Manager (PM) will oversee the properties under Natural Retreats' Park City management. The PM will ensure the homes are properly cleaned, staged, and maintained. Core duties include executing the overall organization and management of the properties, coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and other vendors; making sure all inspections are performed, as well as general administrative tasks related to the job. The Property Manager will be the primary contact for their assigned owners and will work in tandem with an assigned Maintenance Tech, and our Guest Services team to care for the homes and our guests. Maternity AND Paternity Leave Medical (Traditional PPO-style plans and High Deductible Plan w/ HSA) Dental Vision Flexible Spending Accounts (medical and dependent care) 401K retirement plan options with 3.5% company match Short and Long Term Disability Insurance (100% company paid) Basic Life Insurance Policy of $50,000 (100% company paid) Supplemental Life Insurance (Employee, Spouse, Child) Cell phone $200 Annual Wellness Benefit ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Act as the main point of contact for client relations matters regarding Natural Retreats partners and owners Work with management to oversee owner and guest services and to fulfill owner and guest requests Assist with all aspects of maintenance, housekeeping management and vendor relationships Assist with onboarding new owners for property management services Ensure all homes are up to Natural Retreats brand standards Assist Guest Services with pre-arrival inspections for owner arrivals Arrange all new property files and organize filing of owner statements each month Approve vendor invoices and bill owner statements Assist with developing strategies to implement within the management contract which will achieve the desired competitive edge Develop and maintain quality relationships with community members Establish and maintain communications with the real estate community regarding their rental property inquiries Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Customer service experience coupled with a commitment to providing a high level of customer service Minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality or sales Valid Driver License, good MVR and 3+ years of driving experience Team player mentality, flexibility, and, openness to feedback and continued growth Professionalism and interpersonal skills to positively represent Natural Retreats when interfacing with guests, owners and industry peers. Strong relationship building and networking skills Excellent typing, computer and writing skills Solid Administrative and organizational skills Keen attention to detail POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, the Property Manager should be flexible with their hours. Weekend and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days.
