• Work with the on-site team to understand the day to day duties and responsibilities• Complete required in-house training programs• Shadow senior team members and assist with financial and administrative tasks• Work on special projects and contribute to outreach and promotion efforts• Create documentation and conduct research• Complete and present final Capstone presentation• Participate in Intern Program events
