BASIC FUNCTION: The Property Coordinator will provide support to the Property Managers in various assigned capacities and the Property Management Department in general. The Property Coordinator is an important part of the day-to-day operations of the Property Management Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Support the Property Managers with regular operational tasks and provide backup support as needed.Partner closely with accounts payable to code and process property and tenant related invoices.Prepare property service agreements and monitor contracted services.Update and audit the accuracy of property information across multiple platforms.Assist with tenant relations and leasing related matters.Assist in maintaining and reviewing property and department records.Assist with the preparation of financial reports.Assist with setting up newly acquired properties or providing information for the disposition of properties.Provide back-up support to additional office staff and departments as needed.Research and answer questions from internal and external customers.Other administrative or operational duties as assigned by management.Collect data for various reports.QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in commercial real estate or property management desired.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly detail-oriented and deadline driven.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strong organization skills.Ability to work independently.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate as a team player.Ability to maintain a level head and think on their feet to resolve issues.Have a genuine desire to gain further knowledge by pursuing additional education and training.Basic knowledge of industry specific software such as MRI and Nexus preferred.WE OFFER: Competitive salaryMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceLife & Disability Insurance401(k) & 401(k) MatchingGenerous paid time offAnnual ReviewsPositive Work EnvironmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and a Drug Free Workplace.
