Property Accountant

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Property Accountant to join our dynamic team. Our firm is experiencing rapid growth, doubling in unit size with plans for further expansion by year-end. Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly closings, including assistance with monthly operating reports to investors and third parties.
- Generate CAM reports and conduct cash flow analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of audit packages.
- Manage general ledger activity, trial balance, workpapers, and related tasks.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables, is preferred.
- Experience with real estate systems such as Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms is advantageous.
