Ed Staub and Sons Petroleum, Inc is looking for a Service Technician to provide service to our Propane customers in Enterprise and outlying areas.Duties include, but are not limited to:Tests and examines pipelines and equipment to locate leaks and faulty pipe connections and to determine pressure and flow of gas.Dismantles meters and regulators, and replaces defective pipes, thermocouples, thermostats, valves, and indicator spindles.Prepare and present estimate for installation and repairInstalls repairs and maintains propane appliancesResponsible for providing emergency response – on callPropane tank hook up and change outHeating equipment service and repairSystem re-piping and conversionPerforms pump outsPerms tune ups and gas checksProvide professional and courteous customer serviceMaintains records in accordance with regulations and company proceduresOccasional propane/fuel deliveryMaintain accurate parts inventoryMeasures, cuts, and threads pipe and connect it to feeder line and equipment or appliance.The successful applicant will have a Class A or B CDL License and able to get Hazmat,Tanker and Air Brake Endorsement. Must be able to pass an MVR check Drug Screening, and Background verification.
