Job summary
Projects & Administration Coordinator position in Wichita, KSEmpower organization empowering the North End communityResponsible for managing projects, initiatives, and organizational efforts
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Work with executive director to ensure smooth operation of projects• Identify administrative initiatives to maximize efficiency• Establish and monitor project plans and schedules• Coordinate communication with stakeholders• Prepare project status reports• Manage project budget and financial tasks• Coordinate and organize various projects and initiatives• Think with a solution-focused mindset• Maintain confidentiality and discretion• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Minimum two years' experience in similar role• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends• Preferred experience with community organizations or nonprofits• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
