Salary: $70,000 - $90,000High-Level ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and refine resource allocation processes to ensure optimal staffing across all projects.Collaborate with project managers, department leads, and senior management to forecast resource needs and identify staffing requirements.Manage the resource scheduling process, ensuring a balance between maximizing billable hours and maintaining high employee satisfaction.Analyze project success, resource utilization, and workload trends to inform strategic decision-making and process improvements.Serve as a bridge between the HR/recruitment team and project teams to guide hiring priorities based on current and future resource needs.Proactively identify and resolve potential resource conflicts or shortages, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are unaffected.Lead cross-functional efforts to improve efficiency, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the company.
