Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team, specializing in structural steel and millwright construction processes and equipment installation. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality projects and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects while upholding our commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage industrial/commercial equipment installation projects from start to finish Read and interpret installation and fabrication drawings to ensure proper materials are supplied Enforce company safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture Collaborate with engineering to maintain delivery and installation schedules Act as a liaison between the general contractor and the customer Maintain positive relationships with all customers and promote the company's reputation Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience in structural steel and millwright construction processes and equipment installation, or equivalent education Ability to read and understand installation and fabrication drawings Experience with industrial/commercial equipment installation Excellent organizational and motivational skills Outstanding observation ability and attention to detail Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Willingness and ability to travel Compensation Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year, based on degree and experience
