Job Title: Jr Project Manager/Scrum Master (Data Science projects)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (MST hours)
Location Type: On-site/hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
Overview: Under minimal supervision, plans, directs and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished within the specified time frame and funding parameters.
The person should have a good technical background and should be able to speak to senior client stakeholders on gathering business requirements.
Requirements: We are looking for a person with Scrum Master cum PM skills.
Scrum Master / Junior Project Manager who has primarily worked on Data Science projects.
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Good understanding of business processes and rules and how they apply to business success.
Able to acknowledge, embrace, and adapt easily to change.
Able to quickly learn new business and technical concepts.
Comfortable with taking unstructured work and processes and turning them into structured and well-defined work.
Comfortable working in an open, highly collaborative, fast-paced, ever-changing team environment.
Educational Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. PMP Certification, Prince2, or equivalent Project Management certification is required.
