The Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of construction projects and for ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality parameters. The role will involve working on a variety of Mixed Use Construction projects, including Multi Family and Commercial, and will require the candidate to successfully manage projects from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from planning and scheduling stages to completion. Maintain project budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop and review detailed plans, specifications, and contracts. Plan meetings and facilitate resolution of conflicts. Review and approve project invoices. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Manage project personnel, including subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor and track project progress. Prepare reports on the progress of projects. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of Mixed Use Construction, Multi Family, or Commercial projects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
