Project Manager Responsibilities & Requirements: Engineering degree mandatory. Essential hands-on manufacturing experience (not IT-focused). Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in project management. Proficient in managing project life cycles from start to finish. Effective communication with team and clients, ensuring timely updates. Skilled in preparing and managing project budgets. Experience leading diverse teams including designers, engineers, and logistics workers. Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Technical field; Master's preferred.
