Full job description Owners Rep/Project Manager We are a large-scale industrial company that is actively looking for an Owner's Rep/PM to join our team!
We design and manufacture a full line of components for our membrane filtration & wastewater systems. Together with our fabrication and installation partners around the world we can offer you a turn-key service which allows us to provide frames, tanks, heat exchangers, vessels and piping. We can also supply complete system assembly, controls and programming in house.
MUST HAVE INDUSTRIAL PROJECT EXPERIENCE.

What You Will Be Doing Compile and plan budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates Coordinate, plan and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors Develop construction project with architect, engineers and trade workers Order and manage materials and equipment Provide internal reporting and projects for inventory Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress and adjudgments Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections and city guidelines are met Reviews various project documents through the preconstruction and construction process Perform the tasks of a cost estimator Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget What You Need for this Position Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10+ years in a construction or project manager role Experience with large-scale/ground up building projects Industrial project experience required Ability to Multi-Task Ability to Manage a team Experienced working with strict budgets Excellent verbal and written skills Goal Oriented Leadership Computer Skills Organized and able to create timelines, budgets and schedules Knowledge of local and state building codes Able to connect and working with team members, customers and vendors Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401k w/ match PTO Holiday pay Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
