Job summary
Full-time Project Manager position at GpacResponsible for accurate and competitive bidding of projects and successful planning, execution, and oversight3-5 years of construction experience or degree in estimating/project management preferred

Responsibilities
• Drive worry-free projects for customers, vendors, and employees• Develop relationships with project stakeholders and improve revenue stream• Accurately estimate material and labor to maximize closure ratio• Process closeouts and evaluate project performance for continuous improvement• Act as company liaison to customers and address project-related issues• Develop relationships with potential and current customers and identify new business opportunities• Prepare cost estimates and bidding strategies for projects• Coordinate with Project Manager Assistants to develop project take-off• Submit estimates and supporting documentation to customers and close new business• Review project estimates for accuracy and feasibility• Provide job status reports and updates to management team• Seek customer feedback and provide insight on trends and business opportunities
Requirements
• 3-5 years of construction experience, glazing focused or any degree in estimating/project management preferred• Ability to solve complex problems and consider multiple perspectives• High school math required, college-level math preferred• OSHA30 preferred• High school diploma required• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred• Glass industry experience of 2+ years required• Project management experience of 1 year preferred• Knowledge of Glazier Studio/PartnerPak, Procore, CAD, DropBox, Microsoft Office, Revit/Bluebeam a plus
