We are hiring a Project Manager to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale. We specialize in concrete restoration and waterproofing for commercial buildings such as hotels, multifamily, condos, and office buildings.

What You Will Be Doing:
Oversee 3-4 restoration and waterproofing projects from start to finish
Create schedules, plan materials, and purchase orders
Oversee schedule, budget, and ensure project is completed within deadline and budget
Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for management purposes such as planning, scheduling work, change orders as needed, selecting vendors, manufacturers, and sub-contractors to determine cost effectiveness
What You Need for this Position:
5+ year Project Manager experience
Experience in concrete restoration required
Experience in exterior waterproofing required
Experience working on hotels, multifamily, condos
Experience working on projects from $5-15M
OSHA
Salary: $100-130k (annual bonus)
