Responsibilities
• Ensure financial success and timely completion of projects• Coordinate and execute projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy• Communicate accurate information to appropriate personnel• Interpret drawings, evaluate project needs, and order equipment• Plan and implement job budgets• Acquire permits and attend pre-planning meetings• Manage build and strike dates• Inspect job sites and ensure compliance and quality• Maintain and update project budgets• Generate reports and reconcile invoices
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years project management and operations experience• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred• Experience in construction or equipment rental industry preferred• Installation knowledge of large clear span tents, Mezzanine, and Double/Triple Decker temporary structures• Experience with Höcker HTS, RÖDER, Losberger or Velderman products• Frequent travel required
