Job Summary We are looking for individual to join our client's team as Project Manager. Under the supervision of Chief Talent Acquisition Officer (CTAO) and/or designee, Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and completing Nursing Talent Acquisition projects on time and within budget.
Job Description Project Planning: Create a detailed project plan that outlines the scope, timeline, resources, and budget. Communication: Communicate with Stakeholders, Peers, and Director, Executive Leadership to ensure that everyone is aware of the project's status, progress and/or barriers. Hiring Process: Partner with stakeholders to understand staffing needs/vacancies, establish and implement recruitment goals communicates about vacancies and urgent staffing needs Reports: Provides reports, maintains, and generates information as needed on Nursing Turnover, Vacancies, facility specific retention strategies, exit interviews, and college/university informational session outcomes. Marketing: Work with Central Office Marketing Team to develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns to reach potential candidates. Visual Design/Graphics: Ensure Hospitals branding is on recruitment flyers, ads, social media and LinkedIn pages Funding & Financial Management: Ensures availability of adequate funds for activities and expenses related to recruiting providers; tracks expenses, adherence to budget, and ensures invoices are paid on time. Stakeholder Management: Manages relationships with Department Heads, Committee and Executive-level stakeholders. Collaborate with local HR on to share a comprehensive review of their progress in reducing critical vacancies. Data Management: Generate, utilize and collect data of planned specific recruitment activities (i.e. Job fairs), vacancies, and onboarding activities. Ability to track life cycle service (posted, selected, onboarded, hired) of systemwide hard to recruit titles. Liaison: Liaison between OPCC and Human Resources Technology: Uses technology to monitor, maintain and track projects. Network: Creates, develops, and grows a network of contacts with Nursing Schools, Colleges, Technical Schools, and accelerated nursing programs etc. Projects: Work with OPCC on various projects and initiatives. Stress management and Time Management: Able to handle stress and meet deadlines. Other duties as assigned. Skills Required 10 years' experience in HR, healthcare, project management, or related field Experience with large-scale project management and budgeting Knowledge of recruitment marketing Track record with data-driven decision-making and knowledge of Excel Steering Committee and Executive stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skil 5+ years in a similar role, providing high level administrative and project management support to an executive, preferably within Human Resources. Excellent Communication Excellent written and verbal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to take notes Ability to work independently Ability to exercise discretion and initiative in the preparation of routine correspondence, in handling administrative details and to maintain confidentiality of all executive's matters.   Problem solving Organizational skills Effective leadership and collaboration Self-motivation Ability to multitask Knowledgeable in:
