Summary of Responsibilities The Project Manager is responsible for the seamless production of any assigned projects, whether it be a remodel, new build, or commercial TI project. Responsibilities include meticulously overseeing budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction throughout all construction phases. With a hand in preconstruction duties and a keen eye for detail, this role will primarily lead onsite teams and ensure quality outcomes while delivering an unforgettable client experience.
Essential Functions Manage field operations, partners, and suppliers.
Communicate daily with Site Superintendent.
Achieve Production Department goals.
Accountable for project budget management.
Administer contract agreements.
Organize project meetings and schedules.
Assist with labor scheduling and assessment.
Review plans and coordinate with design teams.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules.
Enforce safety protocols and represent the company professionally.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required 5+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager
8+ years' experience in professional remodeling and construction
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook)
Proficient with MS Project, FastTrack, Smartsheet or similar scheduling software
Familiarity with QuickBooks and its basic reporting and filtering functions Compensation $75,000-$100,000
