Project Manager

Level Up Roofing LLC is a growing local construction and roofing company that is looking to fill a roofing Project Manager position. The Project Manager will coordinate and carry out roofing projects from inspection to approving the working area as a completed project. The Project Manager will coordinate work schedules with clients and subcontractors and inform the Managing Member of any changes. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews, including designating material staging areas.
Duties include:  Communicate effectively and professionally with clients.  Utilize estimating software to appropriately estimate project costs.  Monitor job progress and schedule.  Maintain change orders; including photo documentation.  Utilize CRM software to follow up with potential clients through the life cycle of the process.  Resolve problems as they arise- both technical and contractual.  Collecting payments at job completion.  All other duties assigned.  Qualifications/ Required: Education: Minimum high school graduate  Experience in the roofing industry with various roofing applications.  Must work well independently  Ability to think on your feet and be flexible.  Valid Drivers License Outlook, Microsoft products (Work and Excel) CRM software (any), estimating software (any) is plus.  Compensation: Compensation consists of a $50,000 a year salary plus bonus structure.
