Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the construction of our projects from start to finish and ensure the highest quality of service. Our project size on average is between $1M-6M.
Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project related documents Identify and lead the selection process for subcontractors and other personnel Oversee and manage all construction activities Ensure project quality and compliance with all codes and regulations Conduct regular progress meetings and report progress Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Track and report project costs and expenditures Conduct regular safety and quality inspections Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager at a General Contractor Experience managing several projects at once Ground up and TI experience preferred Experience managing projects over $1M in size Excellent organizational and planning skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in MS Office and project management software Benefits -Competitive Salary 90-105K depending on experience
