Responsibilities
• Establish project schedule and budget, and monitor progress• Approve project documents and procedures for quality control• Determine project staffing needs and make assignments• Conduct performance appraisals for direct reports• Establish project safety plan and monitor job site• Approve legal notices and site security measures• Approve pricing and negotiate changes to scope of work• Identify and implement corrective actions• Keep client and Project Manager informed• Maintain accurate documentation of job progress
Requirements
• 8+ years of related experience, with more than 3 years leading diverse teams• Experience on DOE projects required• Exceptional leadership and communication skills• Enrollment and certification in PM certification program• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred• Safety training completed for radiological and chemical hazards
