DVS is looking for a Project Manager/Customer Success Manager to support our team in Huntsville, AL. This position requires an active Secret clearance or is eligible to obtain a clearance. This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite. The Project Manager will manage contract staff and directly interface with customers daily. Ideal candidate will have an IT environment background.
Responsibilities/Duties/Experience:
Collaborate closely with the technical staff and positively influence the successful execution of requirements involving system administration, application development, testing, cloud deployment, server, or software implementation and upgrades. Manage a team of SW Developers, System Administrators, and Help Desk staff. Provide guidance in problems areas and resolution across all functional areas. Leads cross-functional team meetings to set expectations and create accountability; Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews all contract deliverables. Create a culture of innovation by seeking creative technical solutions to meet customer needs. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project teams. Effectively communicate project status with targeted messages for a variety of stakeholders Must have previous experience in IT and enterprise requirements. Drive continuous improvement culture based on meaningful metrics and tangible results.
