Project Manager Qualifications: Must have a proven work history working with a Commercial General Contractor 5+ years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $5M or larger from start to finish A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
