Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Solar
Location: California
Pay: $130,000 - $160,000

The Role:
Managing end-to-end lifecycle of C&I-scale solar projects, from planning to handover.
Optimizing site layouts and maximizing energy generation through comprehensive assessments.
Providing expertise on solar installations, cost-effective solutions, and value-engineering recommendations.
Ensuring compliance with regulations, permits, and safety standards.
Building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction for repeat business opportunities.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, specializing in C&I scale solar projects.
In-depth knowledge of renewable solar energy installations, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Strong technical background for site layout analysis and optimizing energy generation.
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail, while proficiently utilizing project management software and tools.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
