Project Manager - Civil

Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for overall project management and site design of civil construction/site development projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating efforts between project stakeholders, coordinating the budget and schedule, and ensuring that the project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of civil construction/site development projects, including the planning and implementation of project activities. Work with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives and outcomes, establish project schedules, and develop budget plans. Coordinate efforts between project stakeholders, including site designers, engineers, utility companies, and other contractors. Analyze site development plans, utilities, and stormwater design to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Produce detailed reports to document project progress and analyze any changes in scope, cost, and schedule. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline is preferred. 5+ years of experience with project management and/or civil construction/site development projects. Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and other drafting software is a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
