Project Manager Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team, specializing in sanitary process design build projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and supervising projects across various industries, including brewery, juice, food, personal care, and carbonated soft drink.
Responsibilities: As a Project Manager , your responsibilities include:
Leading colleagues in project teams, collaborating with Project Engineers, Site Leads, CAD Designers, fabrication personnel, subcontractor field crews, and support teams through all project phases to ensure customer requirements are met proactively. Coordinating and directing projects for successful execution and start-up, analyzing resource and equipment needs, and planning project activities. Preparation of budgets, bids, change orders, and contracts, including negotiation of contracts. Performing administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, overseeing project financials, approving expenditures, and enforcing policies and procedures. Conducting meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Three to five (3-5) years of equivalent relatable experience. Project Management Professional certification is preferred. Experience in food, beverage, personal care project management, with a strong understanding of process piping systems layout and routing. Proven experience leading large projects (> $3 million) and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Skills: Proficiency with software and processes including MS Office Suite, P&ID's, PFD's, Project Management, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
