The Project Manager oversees a team of Lead and Apprentice Remodelers helping to maximize their earning potential, providing best-in-class customer service, and ultimately maximizing company revenue goals. The teams you will oversee install Re-Bath products and provide services as prescribed in the company's processes and procedures and on behalf of the local franchise business. Deconstruction and installation training is provided by the company. Installation technicians are a primary customer contact in our business. Besides technical expertise, appearance, attitude, and demeanor are critical attributes of a successful Project Manager. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills continually practiced by the Project Manager lead to a high level of customer satisfaction.They must be available Monday through Friday. Occasionally, some evening and weekend work might be required, as needed.
