Job summary
Provides operational and administrative support to the Director of Project ManagementPrioritizes and manages numerous operational, administrative, and financial tasks and projects independentlyEnsures discretion and sound judgement are exercised while performing duties with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
• Effectively gathers, summarizes, and prioritizes information for decision making• Collects requested data and information from various sources• Supports in high-level work groups, roundtables, and private meetings• Conducts background research and drafts documents• Manages and resolves operational issues• Analyzes collected data for trends and outliers• Performs back-up support duties• Assists with calendar management• Participates in meetings and prepares agendas• Monitors outgoing and incoming communications• Provides clerical support for filing and organization• Helps manage expense reports and invoices
Requirements
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a customer service-oriented environment• Experience working with an older adult population or in the healthcare field preferred• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience required• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office• Type 55 WPM• Strong analytic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to effectively interact with diverse populations• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information• Physical ability to perform job tasks• Ability to occasionally travel
