We're dedicated to providing homeowners with a comprehensive, unified solution to effortlessly tend to their home's needs.  What you'll do: Sales Center : Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing information, selling products, assistance, and troubleshooting support. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, other communication channels, and live chat, resolving issues and addressing concerns. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer interactions and transaction(s) records in the business sheets & CRM system. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers Project Management : Execute assigned project tasks, including planning and coordination with internal teams. Communicate project task status updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports on project performance. Ensure project tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards. What you'll bring: Proven experience in customer service, sales, and/or call center operations. Proven track record of success as a sales role Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with using CRM software and project management tools. Experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, shift dynamically, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Why Southwind?
