Project Lead Enterprise Resources Planning

SUMMARY

The role of the Amtech ERP Lead is to provide technical support and assistance for a variety of information technology systems, including Amtech, limited CTI support as well as other systems in our environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Meet or exceed customer expectations. (For both internal & external customers)
Planning implementation of strategic growth business units.
Maintenance & troubleshooting for Amtech systems.
Work with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and implement patches or software upgrades.
Prepare & maintain documentation of training and support for all disciplines utilized by Amtech systems within in the organization building upon the Welch playbook.
Provide on-call support as needed (including after hours)
Travel to remote sites on a rotational basis to provide excellent support solutions to business needs (including after hours or as needed)
Assist Welch University initiatives by creating and teaching ERP course materials.
Provide Level 2 Help Desk support for ERP systems.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
AA or BS in Technology or Computer Sciences or similar preferred
Certifications in various ERP and/or Six Sigma a plus

Experience

1+ year of experience in Amtech in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Windows operation systems
