About the Position:A general contractor specializing in unique construction projects, safety-critical construction design, and sustainable/green building practices. They have been providing construction services for 23 years and provide high levels of quality with expertise to deliver projects within a cost-effective and timely manner.About the Position:Hiring a Director of Construction Operations to lead and develop a team of Construction Project Managers and Superintendents. They will manage, motivate, and hold accountable the team to deliver the vision and strategic plan of the organization. Other responsibilities include forecasting job pipelines and developing and maintaining solid relationships with employees, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.Requirements:Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.10+ years of construction experience, specifically in projects ranging from $1-20M10+ years experience in managing people and projects, prior experience as a Director of Field OperationsExperience with Microsoft Project or P6, ProCore, and Foundation Accounting Software.PM certification IPMA C or PMP and LEED AP accreditation is preferred
