Job Description:

As a Project Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the project managers across the entire company. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing strategic leadership and direction to project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement company-wide project management strategies.
Monitoring project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure adherence to project goals and objectives.
Conducting regular project reviews and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Serving as a liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and profitability.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to project managers to foster their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably overseeing a team of project managers.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on team-building, motivation, and collaboration.
