Support and lead execution of sustainability related capital projects with the objective of achieving project success criteria Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement innovative technologies and industry best practices that conserve resources, energy, and water Support and develop wastewater treatment operation improvement opportunities and lead projects to achieve related objectives Provide technical advice and assistance to plant operations and other stakeholders, with the goal of advancing sustainability goals Participate/support capital investment planning Utilize Schreiber project management tools, create and participate in the development of project schedules. Monitor schedule milestones, track and communicate progress, and implement schedule recovery efforts when needed. Maintain comprehensive and well organized project records, to include design documentation, owners and maintenance manuals, as built drawings, warranty information, drawings, specs, contracts, change orders, etc. What you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum 5 years experience participating in and leading environmental/sustainability-related projects and project management Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously Proven ability to function in a team environment and experience leading teams to accomplish project objectives Systems thinking and process-oriented, continuous improvement mindset. Working knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting environmental processes, including water, wastewater and air emissions processes. Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities Ability to travel dependent on project needs, approximately 30 to 40% Eligible partners will receive: Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
