Seeking Project Engineer candidates for concrete and demolition projects teamSupports Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project tasksResponsible for document production, submittals, tracking, and safety requirements

Responsibilities
• Produce and organize project and professional documents according to standards• Prepare project documents for close-out, turnover, and archiving• Process close-out documents for subcontracts• Summarize important discussions and decisions from meetings• Establish punch-list contents with client and architect• Utilize technology for punch list process• Identify necessary inspections and create inspection logs• Manage RFI process and update contract drawings• Organize and review submittal requirements• Monitor quality of work and compliance with construction documents• Assist with daily reports and management of progress and photos• Post safety information and signage, ensure PPE is worn• Support logistics process for safety initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering• Minimum one year of construction industry experience• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft 365• Passion for team-based planning and problem-solving
