Responsibilities
• Support outside project sales representatives• Prepare proposals and project estimates• Perform field site visits and surveys• Work with suppliers and subcontractors• Interpret scope and finalize deliverables• Develop value-based turnkey proposals• Collect data and coordinate subcontractors• Prepare cost estimates and negotiate• Act as project manager if needed• Track project bookings/orders and revenue
Requirements
• 3+ years of commercial/industrial mechanical systems experience• Estimating and/or project development experience is a plus• Knowledge of various mechanical systems and technologies• Experience selling commercial HVAC services and solutions• Familiarity with commercial HVAC design and control systems• Good multitasking and collaboration skills• Project cost accounting and management experience preferred• Field travel of at least 50%• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills• NC Mechanical License or ability to obtain within 18 months
