The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery director, project manager, and other team members with meeting preparation, management, and follow-up. The coordinator will support both the internal team and the client to ensure that project repositories remain up to date. This position is also responsible for supporting internal project office oversight at the direction of the delivery director. This person will become familiar with and support project governance, management, and methodology and will provide quality assurance reviews of project deliverables.Other responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include:Organizing, attending, and participating in internal and external meetingsDocumenting and distributing meeting minutes and tracking action itemsDocumenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetingsPreparing necessary presentation materials for meetingsAssist with gathering and development of reports for distribution and presentationsAssist with development and review of deliverablesSupport reporting requirements and timelinesAssist with and ensure proper documentation storage and trackingProvide administrative support, which includes onboarding new staff membersAssess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicableEnsure compliance with standards and best practicesBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of work experience, including...Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience with medium-sized, information technology projectsUndergraduate degree or 4 years additional relevant experienceRequested Qualifications:Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)Experience working in a public sector environmentWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $70,000 to $80,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
