Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator - Mechanical Systems/HVAC - Base Salary to 65k/year - Nashville, TN Our client, a strong privately-owned Commercial HVAC Mechanical Contractor, has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator, to be based out of the Nashville, TN area. Our client has a stellar reputation in the Nashville area, and has been providing HVAC solutions to building owners for more than 10 years. The company works with some of the best commercial and industrial names in Nashville, and is constantly growing and evolving to meet the needs of their customers. In this role, the Project Coordinator will work with the internal team to provide support, develop relationships with customers and vendors, and helps coordinate projects including PO administration, monitoring project costs, maintaining project files, coordinating service support, and handling project billing and collections, etc. Qualifications : The ideal candidate for this role will have 3+ years of experience working in an administrative role in HVAC or other construction related fields. The candidate must be comfortable interacting with customers, and be capable of providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
Compensation includes a base salary in the 50k – 65k/year range Our client also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including full healthcare, generous paid time off and more.
