Job summary
The Project Coordinator handles logistics and administrative tasks.Assists the project management team.Coordinates projects and communicates with contractors and vendors.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Coordinate projects through all phases, from initial setup to billing.• Import or enter order information into the database/ERP system.• Verify contract accuracy and initiate purchase orders.• Organize project filing system and participate in status meetings.• Resolve operational problems and assist with punch list completion.• Work on warranty claims and create service manuals.• Assist customers at the front counter and answer phone calls.• Scan receiving documents for the warehouse.• Complete bank deposit and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
• High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred.• 1-2 years of administrative or coordinator experience.• 1-2 years in the construction industry preferred.• Foodservice industry experience a plus.• Ability to pass a background check.
Key Skills Needed
• Superior customer service attitude• High attention to detail• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Problem-solving and organizational skills• Motivated and self-directed• Proficiency in AQ (Assured Quality)• Product knowledge
