Description
HRSA grant project coordinator. Coordinates administrative, personnel and logistical support for ongoing department project(s) or major sub-component(s). May provide specific technical support in area of expertise. Carries out established project objectives and directives. Work often consists of handling varied technical and/or administrative tasks. Determines best approach to accomplish tasks but unusual problems are reviewed with Project Manager, Project Director or other superior. Molecular lab skills are desired. More importantly, this person can work with student employees, volunteers, and the PI.
Duties and Responsibilities Phlebotomy (collect blood samples from participants), process the samples and upload the data, run data analysis and assist with progress reports. Supervising student employees and their projectsLab safety and regular maintenance and order lab supplies. Perform other duties as assigned The position will last until June 2026 since this is a grant funded position. Annual Salary Range: $43,235 - $70,255
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
