Job Title: Project Controls Analyst Location(s): Fernald, OH Status: Full-Time FLSA: Exempt Hiring Range:  $55,000 - $70,000 per year. (The anticipated starting salary pay range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year. is based on minimum requirements for this position. Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (or equivalent) and at least seven (7) years of relevant experience. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant's education, training, and experience.)

RSI EnTech, LLC is recruiting for a Project Controls Analyst who will under limited review, provide a broad range of project and program duties to integrate process, track, analyze, and report data concerning project management, project controls, budget formulation and execution, and financial management duties. The project controls analysts will maintain financial data, support task and project managers, generate schedules, and provide checks and balances throughout the life of the project.  
This position is required to travel 10% of the time.
Primary responsibilities and essential functions: Support monthly cost reporting processes including preparation of cost accruals Maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Create and update P6 schedules with earned value status. Calculate and maintain cost forecasts in P6.
Monitor commitments, incurred and actual costs. Performing cost variance and schedule variance analysis. Earned value management reporting.
Support estimate and budget development including IDIQ proposals and annual budget submittals. Perform ad-hoc project analysis and support.
Maintain resource loaded baseline and working schedules in Primavera P6. Develop and prepare Task Order Change (TOC) Proposals.
Assist the Project Manager with the administration of annual and life-cycle configuration control procedures and process in accordance with client requirements.
Participate in meetings, conference calls, conferences, and similar forums, is available to respond to informal requests for information, and provides miscellaneous special project assistance.
Other duties as assigned.
Work experience, skills, and capabilities needed: Experience in Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools, cost processors, EVMS reporting, and other financial tools
Knowledge of financial budgeting and reporting requirements, scope decomposition, and development of logic driven, integrated, resource loaded schedules.
Ability to create, analyze, and interpret P6 schedules, budget, cost, and variance information.
Financial analysis, Excel formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation and reporting.
Technical knowledge, certifications/licenses, and software proficiency required: Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of EVMS requirements.
PMP preferred but not required.
Desirable qualifications, experience, or proficiencies of the ideal candidate: DOE/DOD EVMS Implementation; Government Contract/Funding specifically project controls for Firm Fixed Price contracts experience. COBRA experience a plus.
Required Education and Years of Experience: Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (or equivalent) and at least seven (7) years of relevant experience.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The employee must remain is a stationary position 50% of the time. This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with others who have inquiries. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.  Constantly works inside an office environment. Frequently moves documents and objects weighing up to 10 pounds.  Must be able to observe and learn technical material and emails.
