The position By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:

Lead project control teams. Follow up cost and schedule/progress of major industrial projects. Drive quality in preparations, evaluations, and follow up of subcontracts. Complete timely follow up, handling and reporting of progress, cost, forecasts, and updates. Perform analyses, communicate scenarios, and actively propose risk mitigating actions and drive improvements. Collaborate and communicate across project disciplines and stakeholders to ensure high quality project control deliverables. You Some qualities are essential for Equinor. You make safety your priority and contribute to our zero-harm culture. For this position, we are also looking for:
7+ years of relevant experience in project control in major projects. A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred but other relevant disciplines would be considered. Experience with cost follow-up and scheduling of major contracts. Experienced in the reporting of project progress, cost tracking and forecasting. Prior experience of complex multidiscipline project developments. Leadership experience required The ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally is expected.
