This role is central to a vital project, implemented in collaboration with the Indonesian Agriculture Quarantine Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture, focusing on the health of animals, plants, and livestock within and across the borders of Indonesia.

Organizational Context:
The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team striving to strengthen Indonesia's biosecurity framework to prevent the introduction and spread of pests and diseases. Our project aims to enhance the capabilities of local biosecurity officials and refine the existing legal instruments related to animal, fish, and plant quarantine.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing Terms of Reference, meeting agendas, and monitoring project outputs.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Provide logistical and administrative support for smooth project execution, including arrangements for workshops and field visits.
Maintain meticulous records of project documentation and correspondence.
Facilitate effective communication between government bodies, project partners, and other relevant entities.
Manage and organize project files both electronically and physically.
Perform additional administrative tasks as required by the project team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within development projects or similar settings.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Legal work eligibility in Indonesia.
Desired Skills:
Proven ability to work in diverse locations or multiple areas, particularly in technical assistance projects related to disease management.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying issues and crafting innovative solutions.
Willingness to travel occasionally for project activities.
