Responsibilities
• Perform accounts receivable functions and prepare project billings• Ensure compliance with contracts and terms• Analyze job cost transactions and maintain cost codes• Manage data entry, record management, and reporting• Communicate noncompliance and perform control-related activities
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar accounting role• Strong service orientation, problem-solving, and professionalism• Effective communication with all levels of employees and clients• Excellent organization and time management skills• Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office• Construction industry experience preferred
