Work-Life Balance: hybrid/flexible work schedules, flexible work environment, generous PTO, paid holidays.  Investing in Your Future Growth: specialized training, continuing education, professional licensing, intern development programs, University of Parkhill.  Competitive Benefits: up to 80% of medical premiums*, FSA for dependent care, HSA contributions, employer 401k contribution, performance bonuses.  Well-Being: mental health care, culture committees, wellness programs, charitable giving match.  Your Contribution Process and organize reports necessary for initiating the billing cycle.  Verify that billing terms match the terms of the project contract.  Produce monthly billing statements to clients.  Prepare government forms for invoicing.  Prepare reports and analyze and interpret financial information for projects.  Prepare and input monthly journal entries as required.  Maintain and update the billing module component of the accounting system as needed.  Participate in the monthly review of corporate financial statements.  Interact with project managers to ensure accurate billing statements.  May have responsibility for processing Accounts Receivable reports.  May have responsibility for processing Expense Reports.  Knowledgeable in multiple functions performed in the accounting department.  Interacts with clients regarding billing issues.  Proficient in the use of computers, computerized accounting systems, and other relevant hardware and software tools.  Other duties may be assigned. Your qualifications Associate degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or  Equivalent combination of education and experience.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as billing contracts, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, consultants, and employees.  Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and other relevant basic business mathematics.  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
