Come join our team!What You'll Do:Partner with the team to define the strategic vision for each program/project and align the program goals with organization objectives and long-term goals.Build and lead multiple concurrent project plans for tabletop technology projects of varying levels of scope and complexity in partnership with product owners, software development managers, and the business.Estimate future work and continuously improve estimation process to improve accuracy.Coordinate and lead teams' All Hands, Monthly Programs Reviews, Annual Planning activities and Weekly Business Reviews.Manage internal and external team dependencies to ensure work is completed on time.Create a partner focused development cycle to inform and build relationships across the business. Engage with executives, customers, and partners to gather feedback and align expectations.Coordinate multiple partners needs with production schedules.
