Product DNA is an enterprise-wide transformation looking at driving simplification and efficiency to help better deliver our products to our patients by moving from a document centric to a data centric PLM/PDM process/culture.  The Product DNA program aims to simplify the way we create, manage, and utilize product data. The north star vision of Product DNA is to create a foundational connected digital thread of product information. Together, we can transform healthcare.  Join us for a career that changes lives.  Medtronic is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.  A DAY IN THE LIFE• Focus on capturing user needs, business requirements, business process and impact to organization• Needs to be comfortable working across all areas of the date and procedures required in MedTech, Part and Product, Design and Engineering, Regulatory, UDI, etc.• Understand cross-workstream dependencies and develop solutions with Stakeholders and P-DNA Workstream Leads.• In addition to working across the P-DNA workstreams this role will take the lead on the P-DNA solution for Suppliers and Operations• Understand the key challenges that sponsor and key stakeholders face• Help define the performance goals, metrics, and key milestones for the proposed solutions• Increase the level of stakeholder confidence• Engage with the business to document user needs and deliver value realization• Ensure the alignment of functionality and functional deliverables across all workstreams• Work with solution architects and workstream leads to explore and define how proposed solutions will fit into overall enterprise architecture.• Identify risks and assumptions associated with the functional elements of the solution• Champion Product DNA in a way that engages and excites the end user communityMUST HAVE(Minimum Qualifications)• Bachelor's degree• 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience with an advanced degreeNICE TO HAVE(Preferred Qualifications)• Strongly Preferred:o Bachelor's degree in business, Science, Engineering, or related disciplineo Strong experience with PTC Windchill PLM including an understanding of the data model and being able to use the system specifically the Windchill MPMlink, and Supplier Moduleso Ability to build demos in the Windchill environmento Dedicated One Team mindseto 5+ years of relevant experience including broad multi-functional business and PLM experience as well as project and/or people management experienceo Systems Engineering experience a major plus• Solid program management experience with a drive for continuous improvement and a passion to be a change agent• Must be comfortable with ambiguity, adept at change management, and capable of working in cross functional teams.• Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills• Experience working in an FDA/ISO regulated environment• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and compliance requirements• Experience with MS suite of products as well as ERP, MES and /or PLM systems ABOUT MEDTRONICTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
