Responsibilities
• Implement developmental plans for individuals in care• Maintain facilities for community integration• Manage staff, including hiring and performance management• Ensure program shifts are adequately covered• Plan and participate in group outings• Manage shopping and transportation• Schedule and transport individuals to appointments and programs• Ensure social, emotional, physical, and personal needs are met• Monitor and manage fiscal responsibilities• Report and cooperate with authorities regarding abuse
Requirements
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's preferred• 1 year supervisory experience in child behavioral health care• 2 years experience with individuals with disabilities preferred• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task• Willingness to be on-call• Previous experience managing fiscal responsibilities of a group home• Experience with DDD licensing site visits preferred
