Job Summary The Program Manager oversees all aspects of cultural resource projects, ensur es compliance with relevant regulations, and fosters positive relationships with federal clients and stakeholders.

Compensation : Chloeta reserves the right to offer any candidate above or below the listed compensation amount based on experience or business needs.
$120,000-$160,000 per year FLSA Exempt Duties/Responsibilities Develop s and implement s cultural resource management plans in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Manage s a team of cultural resource professionals, including archaeologists, historians, and other specialists. Coordinate s fieldwork activities, including survey, excavation, and documentation. Conduct s research and analyses to identify cultural resources and assess their significance. Prepare s technical reports, environmental impact assessments, and other documentation for regulatory review. Collaborate s with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to address concerns and facilitate s project approval s . Stay s current on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in cultural resource management. Required Skills/Abilities Understanding of CRM principles, practices, and regulations, including relevant federal laws such as the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Section 106 compliance, and associated guidelines. Proficiency in archaeological field methods, including survey techniques, excavation procedures, artifact analysis, and site documentation. Ability to conduct thorough research, analyze findings, and interpret data related to cultural resources, including historical documents, maps, and archaeological reports. Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software and database management systems for spatial analysis, data organization, and report generation. Strong writing skills to prepare clear, concise, and technically accurate reports, assessments, and regulatory documents. Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams of cultural resource professionals, including archaeologists, historians, and field technicians . Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute cultural resource projects within budget and schedule constraints, while ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences, including clients, regulators, team members, and community stakeholders. Sensitivity to cultural diversity and respect for indigenous perspectives, traditions, and heritage in the context of cultural resource management. Education and Experience Required: Master's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or related field to Cultural Resources Required: At least ten (10) years of experience in program management with five (5) years of working experience in cultural resources. Required: Completion of Archeology or Cultural Anthropology field school Preferred: At least two (2) years of cultural resources experience in the Great Plain Regions; Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a compute r.
